A massage if you can find a place that could do it tonight or tomorrow before the wedding. If not, then a gift basket with nice lotions or something in it.

Get her a spa gift certificate or even a spa gift basket. Something else that would perhaps help her relax is a gift certificate for her and her fiance to go out to a nice relaxing dinner.
If all else fails send her a box of chocolates, some bubble bath and some candles with a note to enjoy in the bathtub!

I would put together a little "relax" basket. I would put a bottle of wine in it (my favorite is a Riesling that is actually called Relax. it comes in a blue bottle and is sold at most grocery stores). I would throw in a magazine, a pair of slippers, maybe a movie, a face mask/cream, etc. I think that would be adorable, personal, and less expensive than a professional spa treatment. You must be a really great friend... I think that what you are doing is just so thoughtful.

Ask to help her with anything that needs to be done. I would also just let her vent out her frustrations.
A spa package would be really nice... you should surprise her though... maybe make something up to where she can't have an excuse to ride in the car with you and then drive str8 to a spa. She would never have suspected. I think that would be a nice surprise and let her know how much you care.

A trip to the spa for some relaxing treatments; massage, facial, hot stone therapy. Congratulations!

Try getting her soothing scents for a bath, like lavender or something. Maybe even a a basket full of things to pamper herself. Just something to let her know it is okay to take her mind off of the wedding for a while and relax.

Either take her out for a spa pedicure and manicure or buy her a relaxing gift basket with scented bath wash, after bath splash, lotion and some aromatherapy candles, you could even buy her some nice chocolates to enjoy in her relaxing bath.

A gift certificate for a facial or a massage at a local spa would be nice.

that is so sweet - so why not give her something funny and fuctional?
Celestial Seasonings Tension Tamer Tea, gourmat hot cocca or flavored coffee and a nice coffee mug that is just hers.
A lidded glass candy dish (try wal-mart or target for nice but not pricey ones) loaded w/ chocolates or her favorite candy.
A 'first aid kit' - fill a soft side lunch cooler w/ - her fave candy, a couple of little bottles of her favorite liquer or wine (check @ any liquer store - used to call them airplane bottles), a can of her fave soda, a bottle of small candies w/ a hand made label 'take 2 for jitters, 3 for stress or just eat the whole dang bottle if its really bad' or something like that, a stress ball.
