I am looking to order a customized set of glass beer mugs with our company's logo on them. I have found a few sites online, but they require a minimum order and setup fees. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

You can try Ebay. Some sellers will do one glass or as many as you want. Just an idea.

They manufacturer all kinds of glassware including bar beverage glasses, tumblers etc.
They do the logo bit per your specifications.
