If it's a snack, I want it quick without a recipe. My snacking depends on whether I'm having a chocolate attack or not :) I prefer fruit or yogurt. A handful of nuts, I like almonds. Try to add some protein - apples with peanut butter, grab a few Ritz crackers and put some PB & J. In the summertime, I really like to eat frozen grapes.

Smoothies! My granddaughters and I make them very often. We use a banana, strawberries, blueberries, mandarin oranges, peaches or whatever fruit suites our taste. Just choose a couple of fruits and add 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. milk, (we use Rice Dream because of milk allergies), a banana, and either strawberries (our favorite) or blue berries, etc. Add a couple of cups of ice and blend in the blender until everything is a crushed together. Pour into glasses and enjoy! Excuse me, I think I'll go make one now. LOL

Try making a cold ice cream smoothie
1. In food processor put in 2 scoops of your favorite ice cream. Then add 3 ice cubes
2. Add in favorite soda and blend for 5 minutes
3. To make it even creamier, add more ice cream and to make it more cooler, add more soda and add 3 to 5 ice cubes
4. Pour smoothie into glass and top off with favorite berries and serve with cookies or brownies
If you like ice cream and sodas, then this is the one for you.

Triscuits and cream cheese are the bomb! Easy and if you get reduced fat or fat free cream cheese its even more the healthier. plus, triscuits come in all kinds of good flavors like cracked pepper and olive oil, sun dried tomatoe, and roasted garlic. i like the plain ones
