A search of Yahoo! News and Lexus-Nexus reveals NO news regarding any tanker sinking or attacked since an incident in 2000 in Sri Lanka (That was a road-tanker). And NO news search results of "havier regosous captain"
A TRILLION gallons ?? Ultra-Large Crude Carriers (ULCC) carry up to 500,000 dead-weight tons... or 6 million barrels of crude oil. That would be 252 million gallons... several orders of MAGNITUDE shy of what you're claiming.
I think the previous respondent was correct... you need to stop huffing !!
