He is telling you, he is telling you no and you should leave it at that. He's done you a favor by leaving, so accept the gift and get on to the next person.
It becomes so complicated to deal with family and friends of ones ex-. It has so many more pitfalls than a regular relationship. They are always far more difficult. Try looking beyond this one guy and find others.

Move on the friend of an ex is off limits. Maybe the friend realized this and that the friendship with your ex is more important.

You simple ask whats going on with them. Let them know how you feel especially if you are feeling them too. Hell for alls I know they could have stop showing interest bcuz maybe they weren't getting the same attention and didn't think you were interested in them....Just talk to the person....That's your only way in finding out

she was probably playing w/ u the whole time cause maybe u gave her that msg without noticing........u should try talking to her n if she doesnt wnt to talk then probably she wasnt worth it!! GOOD LUCK =-)
