I’m using Microsoft outlook. Emails are duplicated even from people sending for the first time. I use yahoo POP3 as my email address.

Check to make sure in outlook in account properties that you have the email set to delete from server automatically. If you have the setting anything more than delete immediatley then it will continue to download the message over again until it deletes.

you say pop3? does that mean you're using a mail client like outlook express? if so i believe there's some option for creating inbound duplicates/triplicates etc. it may be under tools > options.

I believe there are problems on the Yahoo side, even Webmail at times can get dups, so not much one can do until Yahoo start to fix the problems.
