I think its impossible to win everytime. My friend says every deal has a possible win.

Depends on what solitare game you are playing. Old fashion solitare with the increasing size piles with card on top is not a win every time. Vegas pays off on a $52 dolar bet $5 per card that gets put up which means on average people get <10 cards up per game as the odds are always in the houses favor.
There are solitare games that can be won every time such as Free Cell might be able to be won everytime but I don't think the scientific Proof has been done on that yet.

It is not possible and that is why people who go to Las Vegas or other casinos think they have a system that is guaranteed to make them win. Ya sure!

I would say that your friend is wrong. Some deals will have a buried card that can not be uncovered. End of hand.

I don't think so. Even when I play really slowly, and carefully make my moves, I still get dead ends.
