I say Ward Burton. Why?? (LOL) It may explain the long drawl in his accent that you dont hear from his brother Jeff.

JR That way he could have Bud in the car as well as on the car and the desert mutant freak dudes can chase him!
Seriously, I love the guy, but I'd guess Tony Stewart. He has the temper of a mad drunl when someone makes him mad. Then again, Michael Waltrip wrecks more than any drunk I know. And we can't forget about Kurt Busch. he acts like a dumb drunk sometimes too!

Michael Waltrip, oops, you said a DRIVER. Probably Sterling Marlin, heck he probably already has done that. He's not close enough to making the chase to worry about getting enough points to qualify for it. On the other hand he's comfortably enough in the top 35 to not worry about losing too many to drop out. He's been doing this long enough that he can probably hang in the 20th-30th range with a bit of a buzz on. I think he's a partyin' good ole boy from way back so he gets my vote.

I would have to guess Kyle Busch he looks like the type to me. Maybe Paul Menard. I can understand where a lot of people would say Mark Martin because he is a recovering alcoholic but he has tried real hard to put that behind him and i for one think he is a better man now.

Just 'cause it says Bud on the car, doesn't mean that there is Bud in the car.
No offense dude, but nobody would ever try to race while drinking - unless they are some whacky street racer.
Alcohol slows your reaction time and reduces focus - just what you don't need for racing.
On their way home from the track? well, we've seen plenty get caught.
I suspect Elliott Sadler is one of the bigger partyers right now.

Maybe if Mark Martin quit lying about his age, people wouldn't think that. You can't go around telling people that you're 42 when you look 70.My guess is he's around 54 or 55.Booze ages the hell out of you, regardless the age.

I'd go with Jimmy Spencer. I know he's not driving right now but he seems to me like he's got a good buzz going most of the time.

Reed Sorenson -- he acts like he's half in the bag all the time and his driving record is half in the bag too.
