Boy, you're on a roll today with all these controlled substance questions..haha..
It's possible to overdose on any medication - especially if you have never taken it before, and if it is your first tmie, you are taking more than the recommended starting dosage.

I believe the suggested "starting" dosage for Klonopin is .5 and then you move up if that does not help. Most people notice effects the first few times, but quickly develop a tolerance to medications like this(klonopin, xanax, valium).

Of course, your weight and metabolism can be a factor as well.
Just by your weight (165lbs?) three 1mg tablets wold be too much, especially if you have never taken Klonopin or Xanax before.

I used to take Xanax, and it is very similar. They started me on .5mg but quickly moved me to 1mg 2-3 times day as need. I know you're not supposed to exceed like maybe 3mg at once? I could be wrong, but a "bar" of xanax is 2mg. As long as you don't take it everyday you should not build a large tolerance.

I'M NOT A DOCTOR
DO NOT HOLD ME RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTIONS TAKEN BY YOU THAT MAY HAVE TO DO WITH MY RESPONSES!!!!!!!

:D
Thanks!
Lauren

That's a pretty hefty dose of Klonopin, but probably not fatal. If in doubt, go to the emergeny room. Normal daily max for a person of that weight is 1.5 mg in divided doses (like .5 mg 3 times a day), so 3 mg is about six times the recommended maximum dose.

No but you will be intoxicated unless you are tolerant and addicted to the drug, then it will have less effect.
Clonazepam is a benzodiazepine. You should read more here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benzodiazepine
Clonazepam is not a good drug. It can make people feel suicidal with long term use and the withdrawal symptoms can be serious and include seizures and psychosis. Check my sources below.

Not that I know of. Some people take more than 3mgs at a time because it's prescribed. 3mg does not even make me that tired and I'm 120 lbs.
