I've seen it at a wedding I went to in March. But, I think I'm going to do it for my wedding, but only have one or two pictures of us as babies, then a little older, then teenagers and then finally around the time we met and then have our journey together and stuff. I now wish (and regret not having) that I had taken more pictures of us, but I didn't. Oh well. Tell your sister good luck.

I have seen it done both ways. I prefer to have the slides on a loop that always play. Don't have it just play once and MAKE people watch it. I was at a shower when this happened and the people at the table just wanted to EAT!!!

We did it. You'd think that no one would really watch it, but there were always people around the table where we had the DVD player. We just played it continuously, but by brother and his wife (and one of my friends, now that I think of it) just played it once where everyone could see, like on a projector. It's also a nice keepsake for after the wedding (good idea to make a tradition of watching it on your anniversary, I think, but my husband would never go for it).

specific I actual have heard of them. Many nudist golf equipment have weddings. via fact they are frequently held in a nude or clothing elective, maximum all people is bare. such via fact the minister. My spouse and that i plan on renewing our vows nude. in basic terms like a marriage you choose somebody to accomplish the provider, witnesses, jewelry and of direction convenience with nudity. I actual have seen wedding ceremony photos. frequently the bride wears a head piece and the guy a bow tie and doubtless a proper hat. i individually think of that's superb, yet i'm a nudist. NiF

Since I joined yahoo answers I've seen several people mention this, I think it is such a great idea that I'm thinking about having one with parts of me and my fiance, parts of me and my stepdad and parts of me and my son, to be played while we do our first dance, then the dance with my stepdad and then the dance with my son, cuz he's the one giving me away. The part with my son I'm gonna do from when he was a baby up til now, he'll be 14 by then and I think my family and friends are really gonna love that one. Congrats to your sister.

Yes, I've seen it done but it was the families that put it together, not a company. Could be a good chance for the in-laws to bond.

hi! yes i make some video clips for my brother during his wedding. If you are interested to make one for your sister you can start scanning pictures of her and her soon to be husband, or shoot a video and combine it. You only need a movie maker to do that or if you want more simple you can do it in powerpoint. Hope that helps. and you know what it would bring surprise to the couple especially if you know their love story.

my best friend made a power point presentation for her wedding that included pictures of her and her fiance and their families and also pictures of the wedding party. she had it playing to music while everyone was being seated and waiting for the actual wedding to start. i thought it was a great idea!!

Before you pay someone to do it try to do it for them on a laptop. It is sooooo easy. My sister di it for our older sister. It came out awesome. Most DJs or reception places have a system to hook the computer into to play.

My sister did this too. She had all the parents and the grandparents seated, then they played the show, then we all entered (bridesmaids, groomsmen, bride and groom). It worked out pretty good. Several people mentioned it later and said they like it.
