Which is the healthier milk alternative? Soy or rice milk?

Rice milk, someone said cow milk, but they pump cows up with so much junk, who wants to drink all that crap? Rice milk, has been proven to prevent cancer.

It depends on how much. If it's a lot, I would recommend the rice milk due to some recent studies on soy products. Also, many people have reactions to soy products.

Neither. You must have cows milk with added vitamin D or you will be humpbacked and have arthritis when you are old. Drink 2% or LowFat if you must, but the only alternate is Goats Milk with D. Soy and rice are not good for anything at all. They are just trendy health nut things that cause long term problems even if you think they are good in the short term. Stay away from all Fads.

probably soy milk. I've heard rice has some down sides. But if you're looking for the best tasting alternative if you can't drink milk-try Lactaid milk.

I am all about the rice. I rotate. Rice is actually probably healthier then soy

almond milk tastes suited and is the sweetest. too plenty soy isn't right for you. it extremely relies upon on the form. each and every form provides various quantities of necessary nutrients. examine the nutritional data on the products available at your industry to determine which suited suits your desires.
