If you are feeling full and energized, it's good. If you always have to get up every couple of hours to eat...it isnt. That amount is usually what i eat and it's good enough!

no, you are not eating enough.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

you can't just have fruit and meat for a day. you need vegtables. and not just iceberg lettuce. dark greens are good for you. as long as fruits and veggies are deep dark colors, they are good for you. that is my rule of thumb. try to get lots of iron in your diet ( spinach and lentils are good). but i have the same problem of not eating enough but only happens when i cook for other people. and that's everyday. i think i only eat one meal a day and fill up on water and juice. and i can't cook fatty foods so what i do eat is really healthy ( no salt and reduced fat, lots of veggies...) i can't cook anything from a can either. it's all coz of my grandma. she was in the hospital and i'm the only person who knows how to cook proper meals.

for your frame you need around 2200 calories a day.
Your surely not over eating ...but the 45 mins of exercises will burn off alot of your intake.
Substitute Bran Flakes or Raisin Bran (fiber) for the eggs.
Make toast with... 100% whole wheat bread !!!
And load up on OJ & water !!!

What are the calories and macronutrients in your total day? I'd say no, it's not enough, but I can't guess the size of your portions.

good amount of protein there, i would add a little bit more, a good rule of thumb is 1 gram of protein per body pound of body weight.
