The generally accepted theory is that the first humans came from Africa, but there have been finds that there is a possiblity that they evolved simultaneously in southern Europe and possible China as well. So Africa for sure, but possibly Southern Europe and China (there hasn't been enough evidence to confirm this theory yet, but there has been some).

Likely the tigris euphrates or north africa.
The Adam and Eve story was a creation myth which explained that God is in charge and there was a beginning. I think of adam and eve not as the first humans but rather the first humans with a conciousness of God, and the idea of complying to his will or going against it.

anthropologist say Olduvai Gorge in Africa
Erich von Däniken would say another planet
The creation story in Genesis relates the geographical location of both Eden and the garden to four major rivers (Pishon, Gihon, Hiddekel, Euphrates) possibly modern day Bahrain, Dubai or in the Persian gulf now under water
For members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (also known as the Mormons or Latter Day Saints), the Garden of Eden is believed to have been located in present-day Jackson County, Missouri
IMVHO
Olduvai Gorge seems most likely then Bahrain because of the physical evidence. Outer space and Missouri are equally plausible.

If Adam and Eve and their children were somewhere in Babylon, claiming themselves to be the chosen Sons of God who saw that the daughters of men were beautiful, then the beautiful people up to this present generation have sorrounded them like, India, Asia, China, Africa, Europe. Remember how Lebanon have many if not the most beautiful faces? The Arabs plundered most of their neighboring countries goods and their women and trade them in their market places for slaves or wives.

Africa- anybody who believes Adam and Eve were the first humans should be executed. Such a belief is no longer acceptable.

In Genesis ch 1 it says that God created man and told them to be fruitful and mutiply the earth. Then in the next chapter God created Adam to watch over the Garden. NOT the same people we are talking about here!
26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. 28And God blessed them, and God said unto them, **Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it....:***
Then in Ch 2
7 And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul (the first Christian--JP).
8 And the Lord God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed.
15 And the Lord God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it. (Adams job was to keep watch and care for the Garden--JP)
Hope this helps!!

Africa, Adam and Eve are stories. We developed in the African plains 500,000-700,000 years ago. We had to develop bigger brains in order to survive in those harsh conditions, we got less hairy when we developed sweat glands.

It would have been in the vicinity of the Garden of Eden. Adam & Eve didn't start having children until after they were tossed out for their disobedience.
