Make the paste of Rakta-chandan ( sandalwood ) and Turmeric with milk, and apply it over the pimples. More home remedies available at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/acne.html

Dab forehead with tissue during the day, to sweep off excess sweat. Your oily skin is in the T zone area of the face. Starts at forehead down the nose to the chin area.

Maybe find a moisturizer, sometimes that combats acne. Your skin wants moisture!

Do not have bangs at this time, it can aggravate the pores into acne.

Maybe you need a makeup tuneup. Old makeup needs replacing.

Do you have bangs on your forehead? Get rid of them by having a daily (morning and night) cleansing routine. Usually it's that whole cleanse, tone, and moisturize process. I used to get a lot of pimples on my forehead, when I got my bangs. And I went to a dermatologist, and she gave me soap, toner, night cream, and moisturizer... And it works. If you can't go to a dermatologist though, then use whatever works for you, in the morning and night! If you have bangs then tie your hair back once in a while.

And acne has nothing to do with what you eat.

You can get rid of it by using Proactiv it's the best stuff ever. And it could be from stress or you could be rubbing your forehead a lot, And when you rub any part of your face with your hands you are putting all the oil from your ands onto your face.

Well it can be stress, you eating greasy foods, or do you wear foundation on your face?? because most of the time foundation could cloth your pores and cause acne, very bad acne!(even if its water based foundation)

So just watch what you eat, relax a little, or just stop wearing foundation it will only make it worse (let your skin breath!!!)

wash your face with warm water twice a day dont use a cloth use your hand.Dont pick at your face and try to get rid of it.just gently clean it because if you scrub it hard it can spread and just make it worse. If you wear makeup dont forget to wash that of every night.

dermalogica provides a face mapping service. basically, different areas of the face have different issues for different reasons. ie. chin breaks out due to hormones, forehead from dehydration. try it for yourself and see what they say.
