I'm a 15 year old, about 65 to 67 kilograms, I have a "beer belly" and man-boobs as somne people might call it, and I just ran on a treadmill and burnt 200 calories in about half an hour. Is that good, bad, or what?

If you are trying to lose weight, its simple. You need to burn more than you eat. 200 calories in 30 minutes is decent, but i would increase the speed or even walk on the incline. That will burn more calories.

Sounds like you're looking to "trim" up a bit? Losing your "beer belly" and "man-boobs" is possible. Typically, it just takes some habit readjustments. I wouldn't spend too much time focusing on calories. I would direct my focus more on eating habits and activity level.
Quick eating habit tips:
Eat small meals/snacks about every 3 hours.
Start looking at the nutritional labels on what you're eating. Try to avoid foods and drinks that have a lot of saturated fats and sugars in them. If you drink a lot of soda, start substituting fruit juices instead. If you snack on chips a lot, switch to wheat thins or triscuits. Do your best to not eat a BIG meal right before bedtime.
Activity: Try joining some sports clubs: Basketball, Baseball, Karate.... If you enjoy running on the treadmill, spice it up by doing the programed intervals (intensity goes up and down over the course of the program).
Remember, you don't have to be in the gym for hours and starve yourself to lose weight. Not only is that unhealthly but can actually cause you to stop losing weight and possibly gain weight.
Be creative. Learn how to make it fun.
Hope this helps!

you are not supposed to count calories burned because there is no way they are precise. You have to count time doing cardio which has to be 30-50min 4-6 times a week for fat loss and combine it with light weight training - you will lose weight all over your body.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

3500 calories make up a pound (what is that, 2.2 kg?). You need to figure out what you want your target weight to be, the caclulate the Basal Metabolic Rate (Google it) for that rate is, then only eat, or burn down to, that many calories.
