I hate this! I ate lunch (salad w/ light ranch, apple, and cheese stick) an hour ago and I'm hungry again!

drink some water -sometimes hunger pains are actually dehydration.
if it doesnt help it means you are seriously depriving your body and need to eat more.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Try a salad...no carbs. Put in some tuna, or an egg, or meat. (protein, protein, protein) Take a pass on the apple & cheese.
If you eat less carbs and a little protein at each meal you won't get that "rage" of hunger that defeats us eventually.
If you are a little more selective, you can cut the calories down & increase the amount of food

eat more protein. Lean proteins, like chicken, fish, etc. The more protein you eat the less hungry you will be, while keeping your calorie intake low.

Eat breakfast, have a hard boiled egg and some fruit maybe. Eat half of the yolk to keep calories low. Protein in the morning will keep you less hungry throughout the day.

Drink a pint of water to check that you're not just thirsty because thirst is sometimes mistaken for hunger. Drinking water also fills you up a bit. If you are still hungry snack on some fruit/veg that are filling. Whatever you do though, make sure your diet is healthy and you're not starving yourself!

there was this program i heard on the radio, i tried after having the same problems you did. It is about a additive you can put in your drink. Its all natural from a cactus plant in africa.

apparently they used this plant to fight off hunger pains in africa. (yes africa, where there basically IS no food. I figure if it can work for them it can work for me. ) So far my stomach has been cooperative and lost 29 lbs so far the last month and a half. It was called the hoodia challenge.

i left the website below.

give me 10 pts and you will get 4 stars

You will get more out of your calories if you avoid processed foods like the dressing and cheese. And of course you're hungry - there wasn't any protein in your meal!

You should have non-starchy vegetables (carrots, broccoli, zucchini, peas...basically your dark colored veggies). They are full of nutrition without the "side-effect" of extra calories. What I do is eat a lot of veggies with my small meals (I'm on Jenny Craig) and if I'm still hungry, instead of grabbing the bag of chips and calling it quits, I pop in my favorite gum. Keeps me chewin' for hours. Oh, and sugar-free Jello is "calorie-free" too..

drink a bottle of water first... then wait 20-30 minutes and if you're still craving, try 2 tbs of peanut butter with celery sticks or carrot sticks or 6 crackers.

the best thing in the world is sugar free jello cups all ready made. They only contain 10 calories or you could go with light and fit yogurt which only has 60 calories in it and that should fill you up and it's healthy for you
