so, last week i asked u about acne and weather fatty foods afect acne. moost of u told me yes.
i tried it and my acne go musch better....but i couldn't stop my self from not eatting more fatty foods!! i'm an adict!!
help me! tell me how i can stop my self from eatting fatty foods!!!

I got a brochure in Eckerd about ACNE and myths about it and Eating chocolate or greasy foods. DONT cause breakouts. Though some foods like rice might affect ONE person with acne. but sushi might affect anither person(get what I am saying). BUT FATTY FOODS DON'T CAUSE BREAKOUTS.
