i was jogging and i ran into a homeless guy fell on top of him and my hair touched his hair
he told me he has cancer and he didn't care about anything anymore my question is am i going to get the same cancer now?!!!!!

Ummm? What kind of question is that? The only thing you can get from a homeless guy is dirty and maybe some head lice. In your case wouldnt be such a bad thing because then you could post another dumb question like this one on here.

No... cancer is not spreadable. Cancer happens when; for some unknown reason, your white blood cells begin to attack healthy cells in the body accompanied by genetic anomaly and disposition. It is actually much more complicated but you can rest easy.
