I assume you mean as a method of birth control ?

The answer is eventurally 100% chance something (pregnancy) will happen. There can be sperm in pre-ejaculate fluid and this can leak out at anytime during intercourse.

Once the swimmers are in, they do their best to find their target.

The only surefire birth control is to remove the target (i.e. pill, abstinence) or physically block the swimmers from their goal (condom, IUD, sponge, diaphragm).

The "withdrawl" method does NEITHER of these.

You know what they call people who use the rythmn method ? They're called parents.

Use a reliable souce of BC if you're going to do the deed. You need to be responsible not only for not getting knocked up, but protect yourself and your partner from STD's.
