i wanna know cuz, im not fat im jus trying to trim down my chubby stomach.
me... im lazy... and wanna know if there is n-e easy diets or exercise plans that i could go on. if so please tell me...!!

Ok this will sound dumb but try it !! Go to the store buy some seran wrap, have some one wrap you in it....literally.... you sweat out a lot of weight.... i do it all the time....stay wrapped for at least 30 minutes and i mean tight......i have been doin it for years!! Then i saw it of the tyra show!!! I was like wow im not crazy.... after one hour long session i lost 4 inches on either thighs... and 7 inches on my midsection!!!!!!!!and yes I am serious..!!! i fit into a dress that was at least two sizes smaller than what i wear!!! and if u exercise and drink water... the inches will stay off!! weight is no matter, its the inches that count

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

If you're doing it for the long run then you need to do what works and is not contraversial. Eat right, exercise, and keep your stress level down. If you're in it to be lazy, you'll get quick results and then gain it all back and then some.

That's way overrated, don't worry about it. You don't have to look like a people do in the magazines to be erotic, that's purely publicist views. I say forget about it and just live your life to it's fullest, you'll be a lot happer!

a liquid diet will do the trick or you could always fast like beyonce did on the maple syrup diet it will come back after but the liquid diet is a better option you just have to manage your diet and watch your viatmin and protein intake

DRINK Lots of water!!! It helps with your appetite and helps your body. Also if you just have one problem area try just working that area out with say sit-ups every day.
