This is totally normal. My chest is broken out this week, too.
Treat the area like you would your face - cleanse with an acne cleanser, use a toner too. Wear clean PJ's every single night and never wear the same shirt or sports bra twice. Apply a salycilic acne medication to the area - it won't bleach fabric like benzoyl peroxide does. A good one is Neutrogena Acne Stress Control.
The skin there is very thin and delicate so breaks out easily. As soon as I get one, I get a bunch.
A self-tanner can help hide the redness, too.

You should buy some Neutrogena Body Clear Acne Wash. It's available over the counter and really helps clear up body acne. I've gotten acne on my chest before from heat and sunscreen and this stuff dries my skin out and clears it up.

most girls get spots or pimples when they are due for their period, so don't worry this is totaly normal. the pimples should clear themselves up but to help them go quicker make sure you get a shower or bath morning and night and they'll be gone in no time.

Go buy a lufa mit, and nutragena acne body wash do it every day for a week, take vitamin a, and e by mouth and see if it helps - do not pick them - if after a week things aren't improved see your MD for his advice/medicine. OR take skin care consultant.
