Hey sounds like me....we should go on a diet together! I was thinking about trying the lemonade diet to rid my body of all it's toxins then be able to start a fresh healthy life....I have also been working out to the Dancing with the Stars Video....that is some hard stuff!!! Congratulations on the weight loss. I too remember the 125lb days and would love to get back there, but for me now it's more about getting toned up.....a really good site for support is www.sparkpeople.com. I'm on there and they have a lot of really good advice. Good luck!!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Eat nothing but salmon, salad, and oatmeal with no sugar, drink lots of water, get lots of sleep. Don't do this for more than 5 days or so, though. You need a varied diet for health. Cut out wheat.

You shouldn't be pressuring yourself to lose weight too quickly, your plan now sounds like its working so stick with it.

sticking to a healthy diet you'll be able to stay with for the long haul will have far better long term results than trying short term, aggressive diets that you cannot possibly keep up..

good luck!!
