I've been feeling very odd lately, my hands and feet are always really cold, when I stand up I get dizzy, and my vision will sometimes blur for a second, but A few days ago it started getting worse my if I cross my legs or bend them my feet will turn a darker color its starting to scare me,but Idon't know what to do.

This morning I was on the computer and I was leaning on my arm, it felt strange so I stifted my wieght ,then i looked back at the computer screen and for some reason I couldn't read, it was like i was reading in slow motion monotone but i couldn't understand or remember anything I tryed to read, I grabbed the closest book to me and it was the same way..

Does anyone know what can cause this, it's very scary, im 22 and a female. I don't smoke or do drugs.

I had the same problem about 3 months ago. All i can tell you is stop dieting, and eat more healthy food. Buy the fiber, calcium, and vitamin pills. They work really well. It's also a sign that you are starting to get anemic, your body doesnt have the things it needs to defend for itself. If you dont do something right away you could end up in a hospital. Also, eat a lot of meat and bananas. Also, this may seem kinda 'ew', but take a spoonful of honey every night. Honey is like the best medicine (and seriously) It's how i got better. Email me back to tell me how you're doing...and i hope this helps!

I think you need to see a doctor and get some help. Tell them what you have written here, they will know what to do. Perhaps you need some medication or therapy. It could be a result of the crystal meth.

you sound like my wife...she seems to think things are the extreme and she jumps the gun by diagnosing herself immediately.

first off, i am not a doctor so please take my advice as just that...advice or an opinion.

it is most likely nothing or nothing to be concerned about. you may be reading into something more than necessary.

however, if you have symptoms that are reoccuring or that do not go away or that are unbearable...see your doctor. if nothing else, they will be able to eliminate what it is definetely not.

i hope you feel better and that you relax....

you could be throwing blood clots. (especially if you are taking birth control pills) But even if you aren't on the pill, you need to see a doctor quick.
