do more cardio because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat. Ideally you have to do 45min of cardio each time.
light weight lifting - you need it to not lose any muscle because cardio burns fat and muscle. do light weights, slow and many reps

You may be feeling heavier because you are gaining muscle weight. Also depending on if you drink enough water, you may be dehydrated. You may think too much water makes you feel heavy or bloated, but actually lack of water is what bloats you. This may be why you are squeezing into your jeans. On the other hand you might want to make sure the small meals u eat are very light meaning, have celery or carrots not a lot of carbs... even if it is a small meal. carbs make u feel heavy...and if u feel heavy, u might be imagining the tightness of your jeans. I assume because u are out of high school, you are in your thirties or late 20's...when u reach 30 cortisol levels raise with stress leaving a fatty bulge on your midsection....try de-stressing it might help

Before you get too depressed take your body measurements. If your jeans are getting tight in the thighs and calf area but not the waist you are just building muscle.
If you find that you are getting big in a bad way then look at your cardio. In order to drop weight you need to "burn" a greater amount of calories than you are taking in. This ; simply put, is metabolism. Calories are a measurement of heat. The amount of energy needed to raise the temperature of water by 1 degree is 1 calorie. So if you take in 1800 calories in an entire day you will need to burn an amount greater than 1800 to burn off your intake with the addition of stored fat. It can get a lot more complicated. I do not suggest restricting your calories as you could end up restricting nutrients your body needs and not allow your body to adequately recover after your exercise sessions. See if you can sit down with a trainer... they will help you develop a plan that will help.

as you get older, your metabolism slows . . . you sound like you eat pretty well, so what you need to change is your exercise . . .

as you start an exercise program, your body adapts . . . you need to continually increase the intensity (time, resistance/weight) of your workouts just to see the same results . . . also, mix up what exercises you do, because your body also adapts to using the same muscles in the same ways over and over . . . trying something totally different (a cardio aerobics class, a different cardio machine, etc.) will catch your body off-guard and maximize your workout . . .

you are using lighter weights, which is what you want to do if you are trying to tone and not build muscle mass . . . make sure you do fewer sets with more repetitions (for example: 2 sets of 20 as opposed to 3 sets of 15 or 4 sets of 10)

I would imagine you're gaining muscle, not fat. You don't say how often you go to the gym, but if you're doing it fairly regularly, you will see results. If you don't want as much muscle mass, cut down on the repetitions a bit or use lighter weights. I'd be proud of the muscles if I were you, but that's just me. Keep up the great work, sounds like you're doing an awesome job!

If you're lifting, you're probably gaining muscle, which weighs more than fat, inch per inch. Cut back on the amount of weight but keep up the number of repititions.

36C isn't very massive in words of finished-grown women. that's unquestionably an hardship-free length. reckoning on your age, although, those can look wide. also, in simple terms because breasts are large would not propose they are going to be dishevelled. in case you're taking sturdy care of your self (sturdy weight-relief plan and exercising, and so on.), your epidermis could protect dissimilar its elasticity, and they are going to unquestionably be incredibly perky. you're literally not stupid. =] it truly is a organic hardship. do not hardship too a lot about price reductions for a lengthy time period, you may want to o.k. become them. So what in case you obtain your chest length out of your mom? you may want to are growing a tall gene from someone on your kin (no matter if or not they are not alive; see you later as you're appropriate, there's a danger you obtain that gene =] ), and by technique of the time you attain your finished top, you may want to look proportionate. women's bodies stop starting to be in both top and adulthood - like, chest length, for instance - between the a lengthy time period of 18-21. Please wait until eventually you're about 20 or 21 to take into consideration breast relief surgical treatment, as, like I reported, you may want to become them. also, no matter if massive breasts are "better perfect" is an argument of perspective. it truly is what you want. Screw what each body else thinks. it truly is likely yours will be large, as breast length has a tendency to run on the female aspects of households, yet again, that's no longer a unique "it is going to happen," that in simple terms makes it, "it would want to happen." And if all else fails, you'll have saved up a ton of money to do some thing cool, like purchase a automobile or domicile, in case you settle on you don't want the surgical treatment. =]

Do less weight, more reps. You are probably doing weights which are too heavy which will build muscle. Could you be pregnant?
