Eser is a Turkish name. It is unisex and it means "achievement".

I checked on ancestry.com...it said that most people with that surname were laborers, housekeepers and butchers; most came from Germany, Baden, Bavaria, Saxony, Russia and France (in other words, a German name). It did not provide the meaning of Eser, but since it originated in Germany, check there.
