What are some addresses for free books to inmates?

I'm trying to put a list together of books inmates can send off for free of charge. Does anyone have a mailing they want to share? If so, please include the address and the names (or type) of books offered. Thanks...

Each facility is governed by the State, for guidelines.
But each facility also has policies which must be adhered to for books and materials going in.
Check with the facility you are interested in having thins sent to first.
Some retailers can accommodate you, others cannot qualify with the facilities' policies.
Each facility in each State can potentially have different guidelines and policies.
(Here in New York, there are 69 State facilities, and this number does not inlude county jails.)
