It could be a number of things, but it is best to get a complete physical from your primary physician, ASAP! You may be suffering from an emotional condition, such as depression or lacking something in your diet.

It is best not to just guess or self-diagnose, get check out. Your health is the most important aspect to your quality of life.

Best Wishes!

In teen girls----iron poor blood. Eat iron rich foods, get a multi vitamin. No improvement---see doctor. They'll get to bottom of it. Eggs, green leafy vegs, beef look up more iron rich foods---oh-- cream of wheat has alot of good iron in it. Check labels. Lastly your thyroid could be the problem here also so let doc take blood sample to lab, cause that will pin point it.

Try eating some protein first thing (eggs, meat, cheese, beans, protein shake, etc..) If you feel like it's really abnormal you may want to see a doctor, nutritionist, or naturopath and get some help.

It's as easy as this, your not getting enough protein. Try some fish, or some type of meat. It always keeps me full of energy. Hope I've helped!

you should get blood work done and have your thyroid checked. my girlfriend felt the same way and tests verified that she had graves disease. not saying that is what you got, but be sure to get checked out.
