I have an upcoming Total Knee Replacment (me second one). My Orthopadic Surgeon Doctor and his staff is unbelievably wonderful. Always returns calls promptly, helps in every way to keep you comfortable. I want to sent them a card but don't know what to say to express how much they mean to me. I'm just not a writer. Any help with a good note to them I cansend would be MUCH appreciated. Thanks.

That's so sweet of you!

Dear Dr. Smith,

I would like to thank you and your staff for everything you've done for me. Your service was beyond wonderful and eased my concerns.

Something like that, feel free to change it or add to it.

don't just send it to the doctor's but to every one that seem to be so nice to you,
and send things from your heart, and just tell what you feel and the staff too.
that's is so nice of you to do this.
GOD bless you for that.
