Santa Claus has no longer something to do with faith. he's a exciting icon that each new child could desire to at one time or yet another have faith in. this is outstanding to get secret provides from some unknown being. this is magical, and each new child could desire to journey the exhilaration of Christmas and Santa Claus. i'm neither a Christian nor an Atheist. no rely what faith i'm, i could rejoice Christmas with my new child(ren).

first of all: christians don't believe in ANY santa claus... christmas is day of reverence and celebration for the birth of Jesus Christ... God's gift to the world. Santa Claus is commercialized to take the attention away from Jesus Christ. Yes, there was a St. Nick who gave underpriviledged kids presents, but that's nothing like the Santa Claus we see today. Why not tell the kids the REAL meaning of Christmas and that Jesus was the ULTIMATE gift.
besides... scramble the letters in the word SANTA...
SATAN.

You can do whatever you want with Santa Claus. its when you start calling him St. Nick that the problem starts. Not that I would care but some people would get offended.

Tropical Santa is just a topic that polarizes us.
Pastie-white legs and red shorts tend to scare my kids.

i am not against it and i think it is important for me to say that cuz christians are making a bad name for christianity by having problems with everything and always getting offened.
i am christian, i am happy, i don't have a problem with tropical santa. so when you think of christians remember, the ones who are not upset, don't speak up, we aren't all depressed upset and offended people. some of us find joy through god and have no problems with the world around us, we consider it a gift.

Sin runs rampant in the tropics. Nude beaches, potent little drinks with umbrellas in them.....and no one wants to picture Santa in a Speedo.

I'm not. I like the song "Christmas Island" by Jimmy Buffett. I would love to spend Christmas on the white beaches so that I could truly have a white Christmas. I'd also build sandmen.
