This is so easy! In an ungreased 12x12 ( or whatever you have ) pour in two large cans of peach pie filling. On top of that evenly spread a bag of white cake mix, do not add anything to the mix, leave it just how it comes in the bag. Then pour a stick of melted butter all over the top and bake it for about 45 minutes in a 350* oven until the top is nice and
brown!

Easy Peach Cobbler
INGREDIENTS:
1 can peaches in syrup, about 29 ounces (can size 2 1/2)
1/2 cup sugar
1 beaten egg
1/4 cup butter
few drops lemon juice
biscuit dough topping, below
PREPARATION:
Mix peaches, sugar, egg, and lemon juice. Place in a buttered baking dish, dotting with butter. Cover with a top of rolled out biscuit dough and bake at 450° until top is lightly browned. [about 15 to 18 minutes] Serve plain or with cream and sugar or hard sauce.

Super Easy Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
1/2 white cake mix
1 pound peaches, canned, in heavy syrup
1/2 cup margarine, thinly-sliced
Directions
in a square baking dish, pour canned peaches (or whatever other canned fruit you choose) into the bottom, using only about 1/2 the syrup that's in the can.
Cover the peaches with 1/2 a box of white cake mix.
Thinly slice a stick of margarine (or butter) and arrange the slices so they (basically) cover the surface of the white cake mix.
Bake at about 350F for about an hour, or until the peach juice seems to have been well-absorbed, and the butter has melted on top, creating a nice, lightly-browned, crumbly topping.
Serve topped with vanilla ice cream, if desired.

I have a few but my husband does this thing called "poor mans cobbler" He takes one or two of the large cans of sliced peach's puts in the pan(with syrup) then dumps a package of white cake mix onto. The cake mix as it bakes at 350 absorbs the juice and it actually doesn't taste bad. Quick easy and you cant forget how to make it

What Shizz said.......that's how I make it, I just didn't measure, so I didn't know how much to tell you. Thanks for the idea, I haven't made a peach cobbler in a long time. I will tomorrow.
