Yes.
I got a new job in the IT sector at age 39. I beat out a bunch of sniveling little kids who had their MCSE but no experience.

IT sector is a vast area so you need to be specific to get a good answer. For software, it is not suitable, unless you are a pro. For Hardware, if you have a prior experience, or formal educational background, you can try. For BPO, voice/nonvoice based, depends on the company requirements, but normally with good command over english and proper attitude, you should be getting a good job. if you are interested in medical transcription, then you can even work from home, but that requires some training and experience before you start your home based business, I presume you are a housewife so if you are interested in this field and willing to invest 6months to 1 year time, then you will be getting benefit out of that throughout the rest of your life and from the comfort of your home.

Any knowlegable Employer knows that 32 is not old, oh yeah in IT field alot of young kids BUT..they can't match the work record and reliability of someone in early 30's. IF you are good at your job then You should shine no matter what age you are. A has been at 32 , I think not!

I'm a 38 yr old ex IT exec. Seems businesses want young, no kids, free all the time employees.
It is a hugh time consumer and sometimes not worth the decline in family life.

Absolutely. If you are in the New York City area or close I can send you a couple of company names who are hiring. I am friends with the HR Directors of these organizations.
