There is new technology for "laser" use in micro-abrasion that has been licensed by FDA to do exactly that.

If you mean what I think you mean, these are scars, so the best at home solution you would have would be to use something like microdern abrasion (which is basically hard core exfoliant.)

You could also try to use a scar cream, but those are generally used to help fade scars, so I"m not sure if that would work in your case.

The only other thing I can think that you would mean is blackheads. If that is the case, you should try blackhead removing strips. They have them for more areas than the nose now :)
