this could be due to high heat and blood pressure. You need to see your doctor as soon as possible. Please don't wait.

First thing that comes to mind with the symptoms you've described is hypoglycemia, or low blood sugar; the second would be an oncoming migraine. However, without knowing how long this has gone on and what your medical history is, it's impossible to make even a guess at this point.

If this is something sudden, try drinking a glass of orange juice followed with a peanut butter sandwhich or another snack with high protein. Trouble with the nausea is, you may have difficulty keeping it down. If it's a migraine, try going into a dark quiet room, placing a cold wet towel over your eyes and try to sleep. Often sleep is the only remedy for a migraine.

If this is something that has been going on for awhile, seek the guidance and assistance of your primary care physician immediately. Call the office and describe your symptoms and ask to be seen right away. If this is not an option, a trip to the emergency room would not be out of order at this time.

Peace and good luck to you,

Beki

My first thought would be dehydration, but I would see a doc to get checked out.

check your blood pressure... if its way above your normal BP, make sure you take your meds or go to your doctor immediately.
