They are not the commandos, the millions of children that are slaves to their program are the commandos. While we may not be able to understand the gibberish that the Teletubbies speak, I believe it is some language that only the kids understand and the Teletubbies are teaching our kids to learn the art of the commando and use these skills to rise up and take over the world.
Which side of the line will you stand on when the revolution comes?

Highly trained commandos, huh? Nope, not a chance. More likely people who couldn't make it as regular actors so they had to put on hot, heavy costumes to show their faces on TV-- and then their faces are covered. The costumes are kind of cute, but the show is inane, for toddlers. Pity the actors-- those studio lights are extra hot. Far from being commandos, they are living in H-E-double hockeysticks.

I think the teletubies are the dumbest cartoon, but no I don't think they are highly trained commandos. They aren't intelligent enough! I do agree that something is up with them though. How does something so dumb attract our kids attention that much????

No - they are poorly trained actors - but probably more competent in most respects than most highly trained commandos
