It's natural for people to adapt. The only way we can accomplish this is through learning. Each experience should teach us, every single one of us, at least one thing.
With that being said, I think that world travel would be an experience that would provide the most lessons, and most joys. Since i believe your questions infers that these experiences can occur on a whim without monetary constraints, this other guys answer about experiencing wealth, and bliss, if the only thing you can think about, in this entire world to experience, is wealth, then there isn't much hope for you.

To be able to Truly Love everyone I meet without reservation and not be hurt by doing so. There is so much stinkin jealousy & mistrust that it is hard as hell to really experience true Love for & with another person because so many folks don't have a clue what love really is. Not that I am an expert on the topic but I think there are a few examples in history that we can learn from.

Your premise is flawed from the outset because we cannot help but learn from our experiences. Therefore, every experience contains a lesson of one kind or another because we learn something from every experience.
Having said that, the one experience and subsequent lesson that would most satisfy me would be to have the Savior, or His designated representative, the prophet of our day, declare to me, "Well done, thou good and faithful servant, enter thou into the rest of thy Lord".
That is probably not what you were looking for. A close second would be to have my entire family (spouse and six kids with their respective spouses) in the temple together at the same time. Then I would know that my family was on the right track to returning to Heavenly Father and partaking of the tree of life.

Comfort with momentary bursts of excitement...and chocolate chip cookies.
Not sure of the "why." Just seems like the best possible life I can imagine.
