Yeah, I already asked the question, why doesn't it say "they shall not covet thine neighbor's anus?"
They said that even coveting is bad. Then they said something about a donkey. I think they think that homosexuality is having sex with a donkey.

We do not give extra weight to the heneousness of a sin because it is mention particularly in the Ten Commandments. For example, child rape is not mentioned by name in the Ten Commandments but clearly that is a serious sin.
All the commandments are summarized in the Ten Commandments and the Ten Commandments (first 4 about loving God, the remaining six about loving your neighbor) are futhered summazed in the Two Commandments given by Christ (loving God, loving your neighbor). Therefore adultery, porn, the sin of sodomy are all under the seventh commandment. The seventh commandment means that sex (and even thoughts sexual desire) is only allowable in the marriage relationship, of one man and one women.
You ask why the hatred toward homosexuality is greater then against adultery. First I do not hate those that practice homosexuality, answering people that pose questions regarding the Bible is not hatred. You are correct that adultery is a scandelous sin and if anyone wants to ask a question regarding how serious this issue is, I will gladly respond. This will not mean that I hate those which commit adultery - however I do want to warn people and for them to know the truth.

I am not going to say it is there or not there. I say to you this:
Read Leviticus 18 (on the topic of homosexuality 18:22 and 23) God calls these sins an abomination. Also read 1st Corinthians 6:9.

God had already made an example out of Sodom and Gomorrah to what happens to the very sinful. The homosexuals in Sodom even wanted to have sexual relations with the angels that visited Lot. These same angels threw them back from the door, blinded them and totally destroyed their city after the angels got Lot and his daughters out.
Thou shalt not commit adultery. This commandment addresses matters of the heart and unfaithfulness toward God who said man should not lay with man and woman should not lay with woman. Homosexuality is works of the flesh and it creates enmity with God. You can be forgiven, repent and change from your evil ways. Trust God that He'll give you the Holy Spirit who can remove all thoughts of homosexuality behavior from you.

Adultery is not sex outside marriage, fornication is. Geez, people, get an education.
Homosexuality is not wrong. Just because some book written by a bunch of guys says it is bad doesn't make it bad. I will take a homosexual over a fundie any day.

Probably for the same reason having blonde hair never made it into the ten commandments either, It's obvious God doesn't consider normal human variations in hair colour, height, IQ or sexual orientation sinful. at all
