Yes it's safe to use it as much as you want everyday but using it like say 10 times in one day is abit odd and you might need to see a doctor about perspiration and no it doesn't darken your skin because it hasn't happened to me.
Hope that kind of helps.

Its not wrong to use antiperspirant twice a day, i use it in the moring and i will carry it in my purse, just incase i need some. I dont think antiperspitant twice a day will darken your skin.

As long as you have no sensitivity to aluminum, you should be okay. I know of no antiperspirant that does NOT contain aluminum so if a deodorant won't do it for you, then you have to use the antiperspirant. Be mindful though, that aluminum is not really good for you. There should be no limit on when or how often you can use it as long as you don't react to it.

Why before sleeping?
Sometimes I use it twice a day. If I get home from work and then have plans, I'll take another quick shower and use it again. I'd never use it in the morning and then just roll more on later in the day. Got to shower first to get clean and wash the schvitz out of the pits.

It's okay to use antiperspirant twice a day if you are going perspire a lot like in the gym, but try not to use it if you don't think you're going to sweat a lot.

It's best not to use antiperspirant before bed, so your body can regulate heat properly. I have not heard that it will darken skin.

hey there , you use it asneeded, somepeople have very active sweat glands, or may have a medical condition such as an over active thiroid that casues them to sweat alot , as long as you have no alergic reaction to the product and you shower daily , you should be fine , if discolouration does appear i would consult a DR. :) hope i helped

Yes, you may. I haven't heard of anybody saying that using it twice or even more can cause you any harm.
