Bobcat!
I had a friend once that had a monster cat that was only 1/2 Georgia Wildcat, and I personally saw this four-legged Catitude whip a Rotweiler, TWO Dobermans(at the same time!), AND a Pittbull, all of which were at least TWICE its' size, in different fights! One real COOL CAT!
So what chance would a coyote have against a full-blood 'cat? !

BOBCAT!
A coyote is only like a medium size dog(30+lb), a Bobcat is a housecat on Steroids, about the same size as the coyote, with bigger teeth & claws, and ATTITUDE to match!
A Bobcat(Wildcat) would tear a coyote a NEW one!

#1 The Bobcat because they are capable of killing a coyote. They are truly a killing machine.. They would scratch the eyes out of a coyote first thereby blinding it because of its claws and then proceed to slashing and biting it to finish it off by going for its throat.. However I don't believe a coyote would challenge and attack an Adult Bobcat in the first place and would back down...

I would imagine neither would be in great shape afterwords. the bobcat would probly be more likley to win since the have bigger claws. coyotes are very tough and dont back down from any fight. I shot one with a 3'' slug and it didnt die. A bobcat is more cowardly. Bobcat also has a size advantage, though not too much.
In the end, it would probly be a tie, but if not, the bobcat would be in better shape.

At most, One on One the bobcat would get out with deep wounds
The coyote would be torn apart

I would imagine that the Bobcat would rip a coyote to shreds. Cats are perfect killing machines lightning fast reflexes, sharp teeth and claws, and they can turn completely around in their own skin.

well assuming they were one on one the bobcat would be about even with a coyote, but coyotes hunt in packs and would eat a bobcat in a hurry if they decided he was worth the effort.
