The most common material that PCB's are made out of these days is FR-4, which is a composite of a resin epoxy reinforced with a woven fiberglass mat. The maximum operating temperature of FR-4 is 130 degrees celcius.

The standard material is FR4, an epoxy-fiberglass laminate. Maximum operating temperature is around 130°C. A variety of other materials are also used, for improved thermal or dielectric performance. There are polyimide laminates that can take 240°C.
