Classical.
You can just have it playing and pray, meditate, whatever.

Recently I've been playing Dragonforce when I'm hanging out alone. It's definitely not for everyone, but I've always been able to be at peace while listening to some fast-paced metal. The guitar riffs are incredibly powerful(Very few bands give me those kind of chills, my all time favorite Metallica and a few select others) and the lyrics sometimes blend fantasy qualities(reminds me of playing Final Fantasy sometimes) with today's problems to deliver an overall uplifting message in the end.

There's lots of it, and most of it would probably make people laugh at me. I'll compile a short list:
Nightwish, especially their song "Planet Hell."
Pink Floyd. I don't think this needs any explanation.
Disturbed, especially the song "Prayer."
Enya. I don't think this needs any explanation either.
Classical, especially Bach, Mozart, and Vivaldi. Their compositions are nearly surreal, they're so beautiful.
Opera, especially Costa with Maria Callas, and any song that Renee Fleming sings.
Within Temptation. The message of some of their songs may be pagan-influenced ("Mother Earth," for example), but Sharon von Adel's voice is absolutely stunning.
Kate Bush. She's extremely under-rated. Her voice is so expressive, especially on her songs "Wow" and "Wuthering Heights."
There are many, many more!

There is no particuliar style of music that I find spiritual. It has to do with the lyrics and the message of a song that I may find spititual in secular music.

A lot of Sigur Ros, perhaps because I don't speak Icelandic (or hopelandic, for that matter), and combined with the music, it seems like it is saying something deep.

Meshuggah. Because it helps to open the deeper space of the mind and lets you drag the corpses of the subconscious to the surface to analyze them and feast.
I also am a big fan of Coltrane, Sun Ra, Xenakis, Cage, Gyorgy Ligeti, and much more... people who open up the mind.
King Crimson and Yes (as previously mentioned also speak to me).

The answer to the question depends on the song itself presently; not, rock, country, classical, etc.

Much of XTC's music & lyrics. Many Flaming Lips songs.
There are so many more, though.
