You need to sit down with your husband and insist on laying down ground rules. Insist! Then ask yourselves: what do you expect your sister to do? Decide this between the two of you, write it down, and present it to your sister. If she does not comply, give her 30 days to find a new place to live. If you don't, you'll never get rid of her AND she'll never do any work. If she tries to pull some guilt trips on you, simply point out the amount of time she's been there compared to when you were with her. Either she holds up her end of the household duties, or she vacates. That is the ONLY thing that is fair. You don't need your sister teaching your kids bad habits by not doing anything. It's tough love, but it is necessary. Good luck!

I would tell her eaither to help around the house or get out cause it is to much for one person to handle. She need to have ground rules set that is your house you are paying for it and paying the bills.
I know what it is like I has friend live with me and it tool me three month to kick them out. They would not listen to us, P art of my family came over and told them to get out and two hours later they were out and at another friends house.

You need to set the rules straight now, just explain to her that you are exhausting yourself cleaning your stuff and her's and then tell her straight out, you need to pull your weight or I will have to give you the boot
