Go see a hairdresser, they can actually see the hair in question. There are alot of factors, is the hair thinning, thick, oily, dry, curly bone strait, wavey, frizzy, mousey colored, dyed. See what Im getting at... A good all around shampoo is either, Paul Mitchell, or Nexxus

I like Paul Mitchell. I have also used Bumble & Bumble shampoo and conditioner. Both work really well.

My husband likes the Sauve line for men. It is inexpensive, but good quality.

try something from tigi...their products are really good & are used by many salons...i use the bedhead dumb blonde shampoo & conditioner, & it leaves my hair feeling soft & looking shiny, plus it protects my color!!! another plus is it smells great!!!
