I am 5'2", weigh 115lb now and hav elost about a stone in about 2 months. I eat really healthily and swim 50 lengths 3 times a week, run for half an hour twice a week and row 30 mins 3 times a week plus sit ups and weights (just at home).

I really want to los about another 7lb and tone up mostly. What can I do in 4 weeks?

stop doing sit ups - they dont burn fat, they build muscle and makes your belly look bigger
cardio is the only fat burning exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min) the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat

The first thing you can do is to pay strict attention to what you eat. Nutrition is key. You can exercise all day and not lose weight if you turn around after you are done exercising and consume the same amount of calories that you just burned off by exercising.


Second thing is to increase the intensity of you exercise routines. After a while the body adapts and gets use to the level of exercise you are doing,a nd as a result you stop losing weight as quickly (or even at all!) So to get around this you need to increase the level of intensity. Try exercising longer, or harder, running faster or running intervals. And lifting weights are a great addition to an exercise program, since an increase in muscle tissue will result in an increase in metabolism. prepare ur daily meal
eat ur meal at right time
eat all cool products
morning breakfast a bread slice and skimmed milk(hot)
afternoon eat veg salad first which includes lot of proteins & vitamins and eat rice & chicken
Evening eat just a toast & salad drink 1 glass milk
mean while when u feel hungry just eat apple,oranges...
and drink yoghurt with water ..it makes ur body cool
or even fresh fruit jiuces without sugar
cut all fat items like eating more rice more oils cheese pizzas burgers frites butter
do running daily for 30 mins
it really works for u..try..

Trying running intervals. I run on a treadmill and I will do .25 walking at about a 4.3 pace and then i will run .25 at a 7.5 pace. Doing intervals helps you burn more calories. Good luck
