Well. It's a known fact that if you don't eat anything before you exercise -- You'll go straight to burning fat! However, not everyone can do this. And sometimes it's better to throw a little something in the tummy before. If you want to eat something before exercising - Have a nice piece of fruit. Or have a protein shake -- Anything with protein is really good. Afterwards its also nice to have something with protein. My trainer told me to have a banana 5 - 15 minutes after exercising.

eat light after walk....
coz as u r strained and ur past food gets digested when u do walk..thats the symptom that u rstomach is empty..if u eat more then ur body takes all the fat.
eat well before walking...then walk for 30 minutes..everything will be fine..

I suggest eating something small like a granola bar before exercising and drinking plenty of water throughout your routine. It will give you a little energy boost!

I would say after because right after exercise, you are less hungry therefore will eat less.

Eating before will send your energy to your stomach.

you shouldnt do anything on empty stomach
get some complex carbs before exercising (e.g. fruit)
and after exercising get some protein - it repairs muscle
