I get chestyness,bloked nose and other flu like symptoms aswell.
I found that when I'd gone away on holiday to india everything cleared up.As soon I came back home to where I stay in Africa It started again,within a few days.
what could be the cause of the allergy making me react like this.

Different pollen, try eating the local honey in Africa.

The air quality and different pollen types in Africa is what is causing it. Try going for an allergy test to see is the cause. Then the doctor can recommend treatment. It could be allergy shots or medication. I use Nasonex and benadryl and they work well.
