the dizziness indicates either a ear infection or neck problems causing the dizziness. I think you should see another doctor for a second opinion. There could be many different things going on in your body and you need answers.

Your doctor didn't see anything wrong because he blew you off. Yes, a brain tumor is unlikely, but it does need to be ruled out. Tell your doctor you need a CAT scan or MRI to see if anything shows up. If he will not order it for you, then get a second opinion.
If nothing shows up, which is probably the case, then see a dentist to rule out nerve inflammation.
Also have your family doctor refer you to an ear nose and throat specialist. More than likely you have an inner ear problem.

Sounds like to me that you don't need to be seeing a doctor but a dentist instead. You apparently have an inflammed nerve which can be caused by tooth decay since the facial nerve runs along the jaw. I would suggest seeing a dentist and I hope that you get to feeling better.

If the Dr didn't see anything then you need to go to the dentist. You may have a bad tooth and not even know it. I am feeling the same thing besides the dizziness and my tooth is bad.

Does your jaw crack when you chew or open your mouth wide? If so, go to the dentist and ask about TMJ. It can be very painful in the head, ears and teeth. And it is treatable.

If you have loss of balance, it is probably inner ear.

Have you seen a dentist?
