I was wondering how many mothers have changed daipers for years. If you have child after child the years could add up. I have four children and I changed daipers for ten straight years, how about you?

In case of emergency? What form of emergency are you thinking? those are all stable products to have as long as you will get all this kit to the place you will desire to bypass. If this is going to be your BOL then i'd propose stockpiling your kit for an prolonged-time era subject. i'd propose a stable Wall Tent and range if long-time era. holiday twine? would nicely be utilized for putting snares for game IMO. replace transportable range with a tent range or a grill for a hearth pit. only be sure you're waiting for this type of subject and can manage the solitude. you may survive for an prolonged time interior the mountains with the acceptable kit and archives. I even have spent a million a million/2-3 months at a time interior the San Isabel national woodland tenting. there's no longer something extra perfect than going 10-20 miles off into the woods far flung from E-a million and only being on my own with nature.

Well, after two kids and a grand total of only 4.5 years of my kids diapers I started doing daycare for 2 year olds. After that I never felt sorry for a mother with 2 or 3 in diapers. I had 17!!! I changed a minimun of 34 diapers a day for over a year! So I kind of got 21.5 years of diapers in only 5.5 years!

Lets see - three years, three months and 2 weeks. Anywhere from 4-8 diapers a day (times 356 + 90 + 14) - wow! that is a TON of diapers! I never thought about it before!
But now my son is (finally) using the potty!
But I have another baby, who is five months, so I am still counting!

I only have one child now, so it's only been 2 1/2 yrs., but I totally understand what you are saying! I never thought of it like that, but a cousin of mine has four kids, each 3 yrs. apart, so I'm willing to bet she's also been doing it for 10 yrs. or more! Amazing when you think about it, huh? I guess it's just like any other chore, like dishes or laundry...

I have a 4-yr-old boy and a 2-yr-old boy so I've been at it for 4 years straight. We have another boy due in a couple of weeks so I'm looking at at least six years by the time we get him potty-trained too.

Not as long but have thought for my dear friend who when her 1st son was 2 had another little boy who suffers from many different illnesses and handicaps- he is now 5 and still needs to be changed. (Thinking of you Darling and your 7 year diaper streak)

I haven't had any children yet, but between my brother and my cousins and aunts having babies and all the baby sitting I've done over the years I've been doing it since I was 6 years old. I'm now 21 and pregnant with my first.
