It would be fun to take the message of Wicca into some of the countries that may not have heard, such as Iran, Saudi Arabia, Ireland, the Vatican, etc.

That would be a fun and safe trip, right?

The question ACTUALLY is to point out that most other beliefs don't walk around coverting people besides the big JC lovers.

Sounds great! Can I come?? We can go door to door asking "Have you Found Cerridwen?" and "Have you heard the good news about Cernunnos?" Invite them to a skyclad ritual. It'll be a blast and a half! (most likely quite literally)

The question is worded to be deliberately obtuse. (either that or you are a genuine dumass) If you knew anything about Wicca at all you would know that they don't "recruit" like the cults do. And you probably could not get in a coven even with an invitation

I think the point in Wicca is maybe to let the genuinely interested people come to you.

If you go out preaching, for lack of a better term, you're going to end up with a lot of fluff and less of everything else.

Man, I wouldn't even survive preaching Islam (non-Wahhabi) in Saudi Arabia!

This appears to be a question designed to evoke a negative reaction from people.

Wiccans don't convert people. Might want to read up on the things you're trying to make fun of before you do it.

i say start in iran...

actually, why would you do this? Wiccans don't believe in converting people. Most pagans only live their lives and answer questions.

Well considering that Wiccans don't proselytize, your trip would be in vain. Wiccans don't feel the need to take their message anywhere. They feel that there are many spiritual paths, and that they are valid to the believer.
