Iam a 3rd year pharmacy student in the Phillippines in one of the best universities in the country and Im in a 4 year curriculum B.S. Degree. What are my odds of getting employed in the United States? and what are the things i should prepare for and do??

absolutely zero because you are not allowed to take the any of the pharmacy licensing exams in the U.S. because you have a 4 year bachelors. The minimum is a five year degree. The only way for you to work as a pharmacist in the U.S. is that you need to get a Masters or a PharmD.

mmm sounds strange....Pharmacy Bachelor in 4 years ?

I am in the third year of my study too in Egypt but here it is 5 years....and they are studying to extend it to 6 years as in some countries in Europe :D
