It seems to me that consistent fighting in a relationship spells trouble. If you and your guy have been seeing each other for almost a year and you continue to break up and make up, there is something not healthy here. The first couple of months in any relationship is almost the honeymoon period - people are still getting to know each other and finding out what they like. If you and your guy have been going through drama for most of the time you have been together, I would say that there is little you have in common. This is not a healthy relationship - you should be having fun. You and your guy should sit down and have a really serious talk about this relationship and where you each want it to go. What are your expectations? Why is it that you continue to argue? Are both of you selfish? Not willing to compromise? It could be that you might need to seek other people that you might be more compatible with. This is just how I see it. I don't see this as a normal relationship.

No. Honest and calm communication is necessary to prevent or minimize 'fights'. Grow up and talk things out together to prevent misunderstandings etc. Who would want a relationship where there is constant bickering?

You and who else has been fighting with your guy? Do you suffer from multiple-personality disorder, by any chance?
